Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment facility in China. Processing times may be extended during public holidays or peak seasons.

Order Cut-Off Time

  • The daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT+8), Monday to Friday.
  • Orders placed before the cut-off time will begin processing the same or next business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to become available.

If tracking information has not updated within 72 hours, please contact us at support@sauceroptics.com.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 days after shipment, please contact us. We will investigate the shipment with the carrier and provide either a replacement or a full refund if the package is confirmed lost.

Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: Orders may be canceled for a full refund.
  • After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled and must follow our Return & Refund Policy.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country or region and are the responsibility of the customer. Customs regulations vary by destination, and we are unable to control or predict these charges.
