Return & Refund Policy

At Saucer Optics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we're here to help.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 60 days after delivery.

This means you have 60 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

This policy applies to all orders placed on our website, with specific shipping terms varying by destination.

2. Eligible Returns

We accept returns for both:

  • Defective products.
  • Non-defective products.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In new condition.
  • Unused and undamaged.
  • Returned with original packaging, if applicable.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number.

3. Exchanges

We also accept exchanges.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different lens model or color, please contact us first so we can assist you with the process.

4. Return Method

Returns are accepted by mail.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Cost

Non-Defective Returns

For returns or exchanges that are not related to product quality issues, a return shipping fee of USD $9.90 will be deducted from the refund amount or charged for the exchange process.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If the item is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label or cover the return shipping cost.

6. Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

7. Return Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, it typically takes 1–2 business days to inspect and process your return.

Processing time begins on the next business day after the package is delivered to and signed for at our warehouse. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.

If your return request is incomplete (for example, missing order number or the item does not meet return eligibility), processing may take longer. We will notify you via email of any issues.

8. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 3 - 5 business days after inspection.

Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled for a full refund anytime before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process described above.
