Are replacement lenses compatible with all frame brands?

Replacement lenses are often designed for specific frame models. Check your frame's model number (on the inside of the arm) and confirm compatibility with our product description before ordering.

How do I remove my old lenses?

Remove the old lens from the back of the frame. For plastic frames, use a hairdryer on low heat to soften the lenses. For metal frames, look for the screw that holds the lens in place.

What if my new lenses don't fit?

If you have confirmed compatibility but still face fitting issues, check that the lens orientation is correct (left/right and top/bottom). If problems continue, contact customer support.

Can I return or exchange lenses?

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information regarding returns and refunds.

How do I clean and care for my new lenses?

Use a microfiber cleaning cloth and lens cleaner spray. Avoid using paper towels, tissues, or household cleaners, as these can scratch or damage the lens coating. Store your glasses in a hard case when not in use.
